Alex Manninger: Ex-Arsenal goalkeeper dies after car hit by train

Former Arsenal goalkeeper Alex Manninger has died at the age of 48 after his car was struck by a train.
Manninger made 64 appearances for Arsenal between 1997 and 2002, winning the Premier League and FA Cup.
He won 33 caps for Austria and was part of the squad that featured at Euro 2008 in his home country.
“Alexander Manninger was an outstanding ambassador for Austrian football, both on and off the pitch,” said Austrian Football Association sporting director Peter Schottel.

Moment gunman tackled by school principal

CCTV footage shows the moment a high school principal tackles an active shooter in Oklahoma.
The suspected gunman, Victor Hawkins, walked into Pauls Valley High School and fired shots during the incident on 7 April.
Principal Kirk Moore, is then seen charging toward the former student and tackling him, before another staff member arrives and removes the gun from his hand.
Principal Moore was shot in the leg during the incident, but has since been released from hospital.
Hawkins was arrested on the scene, and now faces two counts of pointing a firearm, one count of shooting with intent to kill, and two counts of unlawful carrying.
